Use entropy website and load balance and use it

they say cheap but certainly not!

Note on their monthly events. Sometimes you will get the discount code.

Namecheap do not organize monthly events and giveaway coupons in cheap. They only provide you monthly promo codes which will still cost you $9+ for a .com domain

And as far as I remember Namecheap provided the biggest discounts on last Black Friday where every .com were for just a dollar
