Remember that James says, at James 2:10:

For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.
You keep talking about the New testament, I'm talking about the Old Testament.
Because of this, and the fact that you have broken at least one command in the Law, you deserve to die right along with the atheists.
