don't know when you took THAT picture but if you look on the front page of Bittrex you'll see something entirely opposite.  Virtually all alts are taking a dive.  Remember that BTC has nearly doubled in the past 30 days, so even if an alt is worth less BTC it's value may still be higher compared to USD.
