BTW marco, do you handle some support requests like 2FA recoveries? I mistakenly put an online SMS reciever for it and now that site is down, can't log into my accountThose rates seem very fair 
For my account rank, seems fair but not sure about Staff, shouldn't they have higher payout rates to attract them?
