dude, sorry to say it but: Alienwear is shit. the original makers sold out years ago to Dell's foriegn policy and they arent worth the name they used to hold anymore.
Your best bet is as stated before, RETURN IT.
saying that, i will buy it for parts, the I7 it  has might be worth the shipping
