Okay after some thinking I'm willing to offer 90% collateral for first time investments provided:
a. I have enough btc of course
b. That you're at least a Member so basically as long as you're not a newbie

EDIT: Oh yea uh forgot to mention but if you want to get collateral then in the PM/email mention which escrow you want to use, as long as he's a trusted escrow not your friend that I never heard of.
