I had some withdrawal problems in Bter and the support did not apear, now I see there are a lot of scam accusations against this site so It is confirmed. I am very disapointed, I'm new in all this 'bitcoin world' and in just one month I've been scammed about 5 times in different ways, I don't know what to think really.
Could you tell me please which altcoin exchanges are not scam or are recommended? I've read about cryptsy issues, so what do yo think?
The only trustable and fully functional exchange at this moment is
https://poloniex.com while anything else is more or less a scam and / or lacks liquidity required for any decent trading. Bter had a few hacks in the past but I never actualy had serious problems there. I guess you stubbornly attempted to withdraw coins multiple times using wrong info and got withdrawals temporaly locked, if so just wait a day or two and try again.
