To do list:

Not have IP attached to the downloading of the software
Not have the communication between the software carry an IP
Not have the software automatically detect general location of user (That would freak people out)
Not have the software able to connect to a place on the other side of the planet

I have key ideas still to divulge but will wait for some trusted programmers to lay the project out straight before issuing shares to start pre-development.
