I've been tempted to buy some games with my Bitcoins, but I always end up not doing so, because I cant fully trust anything that isn't steam. How can I know im not getting a stolen/botched cdkey?

I have bought plenty of games through Humble Bundle and Green Man Gaming and still have not been banned, do you think that if those keys were stolen I would still have my account?

About OP's question, GoG games are DRM-free as far as I know, you can ask someone to create a new account, buy the game you want and then buy that account from him. Considering there are not third-party softwares involved, I guess there won't be any problem with that. You may escrow the funds till you have downloaded the desired game. Of course you would have to pay a small fee to the person doing this for you and to the escrow.
