As you can see here, to the left there are numerous replies to a specific topic while to the right there are only few. When its few, you can see "All" option to explore all posts at once in right image, while when in bulk there is no such option in the left image. So what do you think is the border line or number of count of the posts that decides the availability of "All" option ?
