if I have a lot of bitcoin, I would hold it until the price reaches $ 500
If I were you, I wont limit myself up to $500 only. Bitcoin price may go higher than that, just keep your faith with it 
Personally I would hold it until the price is $10000 each
Currently I only have 1 BTC to hold but I'll add more from time to time.
