Nope. You try too hard.  The retweets weren't conclusive proof, deleting the tweets is.
If you have been perma-banned (again), it probably means that the admins have evidence (IP / related) of ban evasion.
If I were in your place, I would stop ban evading and come back after a few months, to see if the admins can give some leniency.
