And a month before creating the thread you linked, they had another attempt in https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1025679.0;all which again a user just claimed to have won big from that site.

If you check the post history of that user and OP of this thread, you will notice both the two accounts were inactive for many months, and suddenly come back to "share their lucky story". And in that thread, you can also find a few users coming from nowhere after MIA for months (what a coincidence!) to tell people how "great" the site is.
