There was something a while back, and I can't remember who, but one of the members who has their account hosted, noticed they hadn't gotten paid, though it was their turn.  And we learned there is something with the system where there is a chance for non-payment.  Can anyone remember what that was?  Is it still there (I think it is)  I thought that it was when the budgets are paid.  If it happens more and more often due to more budgets, then this is really going to become a pain in the butt. 

Anyway, I'll bet that block had a budget payment
