Good work, I replicated the initial shoutout efforts on twitter, even for my half English half Spanish follower pool, the words are kinda universal.   Bounties... and it's equivalent in Spanish, "recompensa".

as the site grows eventually with a lot of differentiated bounties, you might want to induce a classification system somehow by hashtags, and so letting your followers know about the precise kind of activity or field the bounty is given at. Hey, it's too early to plan, but hopefully this works for inspiration.
