At the end of the page you should see Move Topic then choose Move to: Economy -- Digital Goods.
Thanks, I did find it but had to wait the 360 seconds to post again.
Looks like it has been moved for me.. Thought I was losing my mind when I couldn't see the Digital Goods section in the dropdrop menu!
