Well to make a long story short i have been looking into prices and specs and sorting out what i need to startup an Adult Tube site with a paid membership for full HD videos that only accepts bitcoins. On the side the site would also do webcams but that would launch at a later date.

What will give your site the edge over all the other sites out there? We have seen Streamium doing the streamed content and many others accepting Bitcoin for webcam related
content {eg. http://vkcams.com/ } The full HD videos are being illegally downloaded from torrent sites and it's killing that market too.
The only other profitable market, will be fetish and weird fantasy play.. It's a pretty competitive market... Good luck.
