The odds are bloody horrible compared to other places (Bet365) they keep matches up even though they are in a delay or cancelled.. I messaged them to cancel and bet cause of the horrible odds it put them at even before the match started and their excuse was oh the game started 3 hours later we can't refund it.. I encountered a bug on their website and they didn't want to compensate me even though i bet thousands on their website.. Now I emailed them regarding another bet that was delayed that I requested cancellation.. Horrible customer service.
