2 days ago, another Cryptsy story arose. I withdrew 6323 NXT coins, after wards I bought 5000 NXT and the day after I was on a negative saldo, guess, yess indeed -1323.
This means they substracted the NXT withdraw of 6323 twice. I filed a ticket and they claim a ticket takes 1-3 days to solve

My name is Jim
I am the Customer Service Manager for Cryptsy.com
Your original post was made Mon 3/31 (2 days after you submitted your ticket), this tells me you submitted your ticket on Sat.
The reason you were asked to wait 2-3 days is due to our tech support team is unavail on weekends as another user suggested.
They work very hard during the week so we feed them and let them relax on weekends.

If your issue is still not resolved at the time of this post, please submit a new ticket and ask for the Customer Service Manager
and I will be happy to assist you myself.

Please be patient with us as we grow our team and exchange.
(We had 1 official customer service agent in Nov, we now have over 25
in our customer service department to assist you.)

We are committed to bitcoin and have come a long way in the past few months and will continue to improve in all areas.

Thank you an have a blessed day

I'm gonna punch holes in the above.

Of those supposedly 25 customer service reps, many of them live abroad, thus their weekends and times of day DO NOT correspond with those of Cryptsy's customers living in the US. Are we led to believe that an addressed ticket received on a Friday afternoon was composed by some woman living in the Philippines on Saturday evening her time? Ironically, one would be hard-pressed to cite a ticket reply penned in the evening US time, a mathematical impossibility, again, given the majority of support staff live abroad.
