I would be willing to escrow for you, however this setup would not protect the person selling the BTC very much because there is the risk of some kind of reversal for up to 180 days after any PayPal transaction is received. If there would be a claim that the PayPal account was hacked prior to sending whoever sells you the BTC receives your PayPal funds then the BTC seller could have the transaction reversed. Also as an FYI, most people selling BTC for PayPal are going to charge a premium verses the market rates
