No, they have stopped it since few months ago. Last code was at August 27th, and to be honest its a sad news that they had to stop their service now. Not really sure it will be just a temporary or fully stop.
i don't have any idea why why they stop their services, legal issues? because they don't have gambling license and involved in money laundry? i remember they are based in US, just my speculation.
