How you will call "the entry" with no visa, but in perfect respect of asylum right?

How man refugees should be excepted,
Where they should be, and
(Most importantly) How those refugees can be vetted to ensure they don't have terrorist ties

It takes time, people have to wait. Forcing or sneaking their way in is the wrong way to get an invitation to a hosts house...you know?
