DEV is not committed to this coin until he gets his money. This shows where his loyalties really lie. He wants to be paid before service, but everybody else on the planet has to work before getting paid.
By paying into this ICO, you are creating a situation where the DEV can just walk away, or even attempt to blackmail you into paying more BTC for his services.
I want all these ICO Devs to ROT AWAY.
