I was wondering the other day if there was an Omni-asset-supporting Bitcoin Android or desktop wallet available. I was testing out TetherUSD, and realized that I'd ideally like to hold my TetherUSD on my phone or computer instead of using a web wallet. Hi mmortal03,
Omni Core, the desktop client based on Bitcoin Core, is very close to a release. The third release candidate "rc3" is currently the latest version.
The release candidates are not yet intended to be used in production environments. They were only announced to a smaller circle, such as the developer mailing list, and zathras posted a blog post.
