naw, what I see is that cex and f2 pool were bad partners in that they ramped up the hash so high ixc community didnt have a chance in hell of upgrading the software. IF the new version of ixc comes out it will allow things like counterparty on ixc.
ie: they have kept ixc hostage, because ixc and i0 threaten bitcoin
Also note, this could become a reality.
imagine if ix and i0 implemented atomic cross chain trading. or all of the merge mined coins did atomic trades between themselves and bitcoin......snip
The latest version allows transfers between chains as long as 1 of them supports non-standard transactions.
