I usually buy %10 of my monthly wage but sometimes more. I'd never measure the minimum though. Even I have 1$ I can buy BTC.
That is about the same strategy as me
Doing it since this year, so avarage buy price has been quite good so far! Mininum you can buy probably depends on what you have to spend.
