I can confirm that beeps are not only for fan/temp issues, have a look at my stats you can see that there is no issue with that, but I can simulate a beep by simply shutting down my router.   I think a beep alarm means something is wrong.   I can possibly help you with this issue if you want to iron-it out.  PM me if you want with a phone number.  Good day, Louis
