It's a very provocative way to discredit Principles of Dash Budgeting System. But If we assumes it as a joke and as a way to make a buzz - let's vote NO
.It would be better if somebody organizes more serious lottery - for example a "Why I love Dash?" amateur short-video-clips contest.
