Ya, I only see one of those transactions listed on that day, but that is eyobot's ledger ya? I've never used their service. It's possible there may have been something on their end that prevented them from being injected into the blockchain? I'm not all that familiar with their setup, but at first glance they do appear to be missing, but why would someone go out of their way to fake a dollars worth of transactions? and where did this copy of the ledger come from anyways? but stuff isn't always as it appears at first glance, you did just sit here and try to convince people that I had left the netcoin foundation after all..
My guess would be that there was either an error with the withdraw, an email wasn't confirmed to release those transactions, then cancelled, or the ledger was manipulated, I can only speculate though..

The top two withdraws that went to 16T9PogXcjozAZVC7zsvLYnxZDrkDTKpnv came from Bittrex.com
