Gambling is great fun...it's all about managing what you can risk and win.

I can't identify with either comment...I don't gamble for a living and I don't live to gamble but some times - weekends or a boring week night, when I'm on the road too, it's fun to just make some bets and see where things go. Betting on sports games is fun too, I do that a lot on American Football.

If you find gambling as fun then you are not making gambling for a living. Only some people who are finding gambling is profitable, they may turn into the living off gambling. I believe all the gamblers fall in these two category.

For most people, gambling is just for fun. Most of us cannot live on gambling as too much skill is required to gamble professionally. There are not many reports about living on gambling only.

I dont think so that most people will think like that, because what I know they play it with their own money and aim for double or triple it, there is no way they could enjoy losing their money like that

They will not enjoy the losing of their money. They will enjoy the gambling process. These guys know if they play for long time, they will lose.

So if they know they will lose it why still continue? Is this some kind of entertainment that they want? Is it worth?
to those hardcore addicts, getting their fix is their top priority, so yes, I would say its worth for them. just think, and alcoholic doesnt care if they pass out in the middle of the street barely able to stand, they have a bottle of liquor, and that's all that matters to them. a meth addict doesnt care how they get the money, it only matters that they have the money to buy another tenth of a gram at the end of the day. its the same with gamblers. losing doesnt matter because they still got to wager something.
