I don't have the exact figure, but we do pay a lot of fees to ensure that payouts are confirmed within 3 blocks.

The exact fee is determined automatically by the official Bitcoin client, we don't set it specifically, as recommended by the Bitcoin developers.

The fee that we include is always more than 0.0001 BTC per KB to ensure high priority.

Most payouts are confirmed on the very next block. Sometimes, although rarely, the official Bitcoin wallet wrongly estimates the fees, and as a result it takes a little bit longer for the payout to confirm. Hopefully this will be improved in future Bitcoin releases.
