Thanks for replying. Nothing worked. Can't SSH in. IE and Chrome just hang. At least it's hashing. (FYI- This is the no LCD model)
I was able to at least identify the miner using miner operator

EDIT: SOLUTION
Using the miner operator program above, you can click on your miner and select "view in browser". While this may actually fail, it will reveal the new IP that your miner is running on.
Using that new IP, strip it down to just the IP (example
http://192.168.1.4/lcd/#signin to just
http://192.168.1.4/)
The web interface should pop up and you can access the miner settings.
Black arrows software is just a huge pain, I remember when I had an X1 it was so bad I had to send it back, even had support remote in and try to get it to work but couldn't because it just was terrible. I do remember having to connect the miner to the pc via the ethernet and change your pc adapter settings and trying to connect to it via that method, it may work and setting a static ip.
