Can't you just disable the chip in the web interface under settings - HW Control - ASIC Control Panel?
Disable can, but I want to insure. Unsolder input inductor, I'll be pretty sure that the voltage does not go to this part of the board.


good luck as you like running hot.  I don't have much advice for you as I ran slower when I had mine.

I run most of mine at 1,350Ghs and the worst performers at 1,250Ghs and they run great. I did down clock them this summer but now that they get 30-40F temps all day I like to keep them running in this range. In a few months if the diff goes full retard I am going to bring them down to ~900Ghs at ~350W at the wall to keep them very profitable.
