I recently sold around 50% of my stack during the last pump to ~$480. bought back in at the low $300s and waiting. 
This is probably the best thing to do and is an easy way or making a bit of money on yur coins in the short term. I don't like leaving my coins on exchanges for long periods of time though but you need to if you want to try get in some lucky buy orders and then wait to sell them at a nice profit.
