I can't help but wonder if he/she thinks he/she's buying a funded coin.
Smoothie will ask him to prepay his bid, in case he is just trolling...
I just PMed the user to confirm if their bid is what they plan to pay etc given the auction details.
I'll post about this with in the next 12-24 hours. If I don't hear from them in the next 24 hours their bid will be considered voided since it is a newbie account (and assuming they did not confirm with me via PM or in this thread by that time).
