Cut your losses and sell into the bids while there are still bids to sell into.
They may be 10,000 or more Dash stolen from Cryptsy just waiting to be dumped, and only ~50 BTC in bids are available for all of them.
Next time, use stop-loss orders at 10% and 20%.
