Do moderators get paid to do this work?
Not sure for the local sections, it depends on the number of reported posts they process and the sections tend to be very quiet in some of those boards.
Higher level admins/moderators get a small commission for doing the work but I wouldn't say its a very large sum.
Does the website pay them their commission or do we pay them to moderate certain activities?
