Any idea of when the swap will start and end?

We have been given word from Bleutrade that they will host the swap. The new coin is currently being tested and once ready we will wait for word from Bleutrade that they are ready to receive the funds from block #1 of the new TrollCoin v2 blockchain. At that point we will announce the launch, mine the first block, send to Bleutrade, immediatley afterwards release Linux source and Windows/Mac wallets and at that point the swap on Bleutrade should Begin once they have updated their site with the temporary TRL/TRL2 pair.
We will push for at least a 1 month swap period.

What happens to the coins left in block 1 that don't get sold? What if all of them get sold?

Unsold coins (there will be some) as i understand it, will be burnt by Bleutrade, I will confirm exactly how it will be handled.

The only way all of them get sold is if every single existing trollcoin is deposited onto bleutrade & swapped.
We will do our best to get the word out to the crypto communitiy, to find those that have mined or bought trolls in the past.
And this is why the swap period should be as long as possible.
