About the tie, as mirana said, we will pay a maximum of 100 posts per month, but we will validate all the posts a user made. This is how we will resolve a tie:

1-Total number of post: if a user post 200 and the other 150, the user with 200 win.
2-Total posts in the gambling section
3-Time of the last post. the first to post the last post first win.
