1) you were showing a bet up contrary to the topic as i request refunds all on 5 sec down bets.   
2) the example was not even a perfect and 5 sec pehaps it took more than 6 sec of sha256 cal. from start to finish and your system could not pick exactly which times.

on sha256. end seed written proper way is 06:09:10:839+225.78+2+1.12695 that will generate a true end price of 7 as this will come up d71c5f4bba86e3e534280573a0e98f60f54c6ffbf603a3d87d336afca5bb57f4. the bet was up so if you just make a correct presentation. i won it any way you like.
you can compare old bets to to new one. you can see that you apply this correct way of seed dates and that proves old was written so bad.

another one is when a player haveing a win bet and you recorded that price not on of what was sha 256 generates, you wont include payouts intead you will just refund him or her. it make the whole process cancelled bet. so why would you count on a win case to be a reason for refusal to refund? if you do it hat way so be it and ill show the whole api that holds the records on what were happening here. and will sum up everything if it favors on either of us two. the one pays on other way around.
