Block erupters are ok, and for 100$ you can get a bunch

Block erupters are ok, and for 100$ you can get a bunch
OK what am I missing here? Even if you have 20 Block Erupters you still only have about 7GH/s consuming around 40 Watts. Why would anyone want that when you could have a Compac or R1 with a higher Hash Rate, 1/10 the Power and less money?
