I do not understand and I don't know why claiming that you are a she here are branded as scammers since I am really new to this forum. That is a bit rude for me for I am a she. If that is the case then no one will openly admit here that they are female since they had been already branded as scammers in this forum. Ahhh... now I feel silly asking that question after reading all the commments and that number 8 on how to spot scammers.
I am in a private steam group that mentions something along the lines of people claiming to be female to try "begging" for stuff as a female, as sometimes people are more willing to allow themselves get "scammed" in a sense by someone claiming to be a female that has promised, a-hmm, "sexual favors" or something along that lines like nudes, etc (Which is apparently pointed out in that "Confirmed Female" User's negative trust..
).. In fact, this group, although it has been slowly shrinking in size for some time, makes a point of only allowing female steam users into the group (Which is usually confirmed by the admins or vouched by trusted members in the group if such confirmation is not possible), as a way of making a gaming community for women by women or something along those lines.
