What would be the minimum activity, 2000?

= ~ 30 years.

I doubt anyone here would be willing to spend 30 years of their lives actively posting on the forums.
That would make the rank so great! Only the most passionate bitcoiners will get it! Iron out the scammers, no scammer will take 30 years to make an account!
