Apparently Bter are having trouble syncing their Counterparty wallet. Along with this, Tilecoin deposits and withdrawals have been problematic since early October. Bter has repeatedly said it'll soon be fixed but have failed to provide timeline and specific issues they're facing.

Anyone know what's up with Tilecoin development? Sure we have the roadmap, but ASIC-8 has scarcely been here to say hello or provide basic updates about ongoings. Starting to feel like a mushroom in the dark
