I guess that your major faucets payment rate is too big and too good to be sustainable. That's why I (and my referrals) getting unconfirmed and though nulled transactions on withdrawal. I suspend claiming and they excluded your faucets from their list. Sorry of that. The good thing that you have comfortable user interface and user can see that transaction don't exist.

I hope that you can fix this issues.

We are srry about that we are sending the withdraws together but sometimes we have to send around 200-300 payments per hour and in this situation we can not update the sending fee due to last terms sometimes btc community fee might go up unpredictablely yes you are right about unconfirmed payment but if you can send a mail to us with wallet amount and tx id we can solve this problem as fast as we can.
