Apologises for the disservice, there has been a problem but as you said it has been since resolved.
The recovery zip is the one sent via email (if you have setup your email on GreenAddress) - I would strongly advice to set it up (and to also setup PGP if you use it) and multiple 2FA options (and backups, of both the mnemonic passphrase as well as your Google Authenticator code if applicable)
