I only have one question, how does this not equal extortion, no on owes a legal debt unless you have a contract signed between both parties, sayin that a debt is owed, how will you do that with crypto's.

Your feedback is highly appreciated. Contracts must be not necessarily signed, if you use crypto there is an receiver, blockchain, confirmations you sent it. Howsoever if you want to be 100% sure - and you can do also a contract by sending crypto to another part - use a signed, witnessed and notarized document.
