I've used this site & used the No Deposit Bonus, made it to 100% and got banned for multiple accounts.

, I have seen no one complaining about that... at worst you played from a public IP where someone else had already played the bonus (that seems very unlikely, unless you were using Tor or some sort of VPN). 1: Doesn't pay out as often as it says.

?, are you talking about the 0.01 jadecoins bonus they recently gave?, a lot of us got it and withdrew successfully... the guy with the issue referred here was not able to sign the required message, I would say he is doing too much drama for this.
3: Super high house odds, lying in the advertisements.
This seems to be true, no idea, I played blackjack and, even though I did not check its fairness, I managed to win a few hands (and thanks to their low min. bet I could martingale my blackjack bets till I reached more than 1 mBTC and withdrew)
4: Bad staff support. They use a fake female name, speak in a way that you can't understand and basically force you to deposit.
How do you know that other sites claiming to have female support staff actually have it?, why would that be important?, I do not care if Michelle from Directbet were a man (or men) as long as he replies on time and politely. I recently received a pm from Betcointm account and I could understand what he said, there are users with worse English here (mine is not perfect either, I know)... force to deposit?, do you have any proof of that?

I am not saying they are not a scam, but I simply hate when people complain for stupid things or plainly talk bullshit. My experience with them was nice (or has been nice, if I ever use the site again, I am not sure).
