both work right now, the upcoming 969 code is just a new version of anoncoin.

and im guessing theres no way it can be DDOS'd since retrieving its ip is a no-go Cheesy


any website can be ddosed darknet or otherwise. but it is harder to DDOS ExchangeD.I2P then say an .onion site because i2prouter has built in request limit features.
