Has Vern done it again?

Shorted a bullish market using our BTC. Fair enough he could easily have pulled a tidy profit and have our BTC back but BTC is not playing ball it seems. I know he has done this in the past and could not cover all BTC withdrawals. LTC and BTC what has those two blockchains got to do with each other.
I am just so frustrated to too always have to wait and trust and take the losses not incurred through my own incompetance.
